Why Blockchains?

PreviousTechnical OverviewNextExample Use Cases

Last updated 3 months ago

vBase couldn't exist without a blockchain at its core because we are unaware of any other technological means of creating provably tamper-proof database entries with auditable timestamps.

That said, blockchains can be painful to work with. That's why the design principle behind vBase is that users need never know they are interacting with a blockchain. vBase offers users clean, modern applications and interfaces, and leaves the distributed systems engineering under the hood.
