# Web App Overview

Create and verify blockchain-backed records, manage Collections, and configure your vBase account directly from your browser.

**Account requirements**

An account is required to create stamps, manage Collections, and verify Collections.

You can verify a file, Content ID, or user without signing in.

## Create a stamp

Create a permanent, independently verifiable record of content.

| Workflow                                                           | Description                                  |

During any regular stamping workflow, you can optionally assign the stamp to an existing Collection.

## Verify a record

Check previously created records and review the available stamp details.
